Founded a mission-driven specialty coffee and tea company dedicated to promoting education equity worldwide. Scaled the venture from a local startup into a platform for global impact, donating over $10,000 worth of school supplies to children in need and more than $6,000 to local organizations. Developed and launched the Junior Java Café, empowering youth to lead community-based social enterprise initiatives.

Selected SLU-Madrid to gain a truly global education and develop cross-cultural communication skills. Plans to continue working on social impact initiatives and community-focused projects while studying abroad.

Graduated with a 3.85 GPA from one of the top-ranked public schools in St. Louis, Missouri. Served as Student Body Treasurer and Treasurer of the school’s sustainability club, where I led financial planning and helped implement campus-wide environmental initiatives. Competed in DECA, a national business organization focused on entrepreneurship, marketing, and finance, where I was a district champion, state-level top finisher (3rd place), and international qualifier. As a member of the National Honor Society, I was recognized for academic excellence and community service. I also participated in UJIMA, a student group centered on Black cultural awareness, leadership, and empowerment.

Completed the highly selective Leadership in the Business World (LBW) program, designed to give students a rigorous introduction to Wharton’s undergraduate business curriculum. Completed an 8-hour virtual pre-college business boot camp led by Harvard students, focused on corporate strategy and problem-solving. Explored how to analyze income statements and balance sheets, assess business performance, and tackle real-world challenges like product launches and market entry. Gained hands-on experience through interactive case studies and a final project presentation, simulating the role of a business consultant.
