$10,000 in School Supplies Delivered—Here’s How We Did It

Updated: Jul 4

When I launched Junior Java, it wasn’t just about creating a great cup of coffee—it was about creating opportunity. As a high school student passionate about entrepreneurship and education equity, I wanted to build a business that could fund real, lasting change in the lives of students who needed it most.

Fast forward to today, and I’m proud to share that Junior Java has donated over $10,000 worth of school supplies to children in need—both in the United States and around the world.

Why School Supplies?

For many students, something as simple as a notebook or a pack of pencils can make the difference between falling behind and staying engaged in class. Access to basic educational tools should never be a barrier to learning. That’s why our mission—"Coffee for You, Education for All"—directly aligns with Global Goal #4: Quality Education, one of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals. This goal calls for inclusive and equitable education for all, and we’re proud to contribute to that vision with every bag sold.

Partnering for Global Reach

To amplify our impact, we partnered with World Vision, a global humanitarian organization dedicated to supporting children and families in vulnerable communities. Through this partnership, Junior Java was able to send school supplies to students in both developing countries and underserved communities across the United States. Our goal is simple: make sure every child, no matter their background or geography, has the tools they need to succeed.

What Made It Possible

Every cup sold, every fundraiser hosted, and every supporter who believed in our mission helped make this milestone possible. Junior Java may be a student-run business, but it’s powered by a global vision and a community of change makers.

As we continue to grow, so does our impact. The $10,000 milestone is just the beginning—and I’m more committed than ever to making sure that coffee not only fuels your day, but fuels a brighter future for students everywhere.
